Premier have a range of services that we can offer to assist you in supporting Sharepoint. We can offer ongoing telephone support to assist clients with issues and problems that arise during the ordinary course of managing a Sharepoint deployment. Alternatively we can offer you a full support service for on-site and off-site support via a client Extranet.

Annual Support and Maintenance Plan
Premier’s Annual Support and Maintenance Support Plan is designed for Microsoft Sharepoint. The benefits of the Annual Support and Maintenance Plan include:

  • Telephone support from 9.00am to 5.30pm for a number of calls/incidents per year.
  • Access to the Premier support site to log questions.
  • You will also have access to Frequently Asked Questions on the website.
  • A number of on-site visits within the yearly fee for maintenance.

Telephone Support Package
Premier’s support package offers hourly basis support service to any company who require assistance. This Support package is 10 hours minimal and is delivered in 30-minute incidents.

All calls are logged on our SharePoint based Helpdesk, which is then used to provide customers with metrics and resolution information to add to their knowledgebase.

Support is provided by phone, with remote access to your SharePoint environment or by a SharePoint support expert attending site.
