SharePoint Designer 2007 Training Course

Objectives: his course is aimed at those people using SharePoint Designer 2007 to design sites in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS). The course is for designers who do not want to create sites using web code such as HTML or ASP. The course does contain code concepts so that delegates can see where these interact. The course starts at a foundation level covering the basic topics of SharePoint, the browser based tools available in SharePoint and an overview of the key features of SharePoint Designer. Those delegates wishing to develop applications in SharePoint should refer to our other SharePoint Developer Course which covers development in a Visual Studio environment using ASP and C#.

Target Audience: The main audiences for this course are Web designers, administrators, and developers who use and work with Office SharePoint Server 2010, and want to learn how to customize SharePoint sites without writing code.

Pre-Requisites: Anyone who wants to build powerful, custom solutions with SharePoint Designer. Familiarity with Web concepts is assumed. A basic knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services is helpful but not required.
