    The business cycle, Planning, Target setting, Measurements, Action to correct problems
  • A brief look at legal requirements.
  • Budgeting, Costing & Planning
    The purpose of plans.
    Planning a budget, Monitoring and controlling a budget,
    Plans against actuals, Variance analysis.
