This MSP Foundation course is an examination based course, which gives Delegates accreditation to Managing Successful Programmes Foundation Level. The course equips Delegates with a detailed knowledge and structure of the MSP™ method including the documentation to be produced during a full programme lifecycle. The course will also focus upon ensuring that benefits are realised and buy-in from Stakeholders is planned and managed.
