Objectives: In this two day intensive course for Microsoft Project 2013. You will focus on learning the more advanced features of Project relating including your workflow requirements for the professional handling of your project management.

Target Audience: This course is aimed at existing MS Project users who have specific training requirements.

Pre-Requisites: Familiarity with project management terminology such as tasks, resources and critical path is helpful.

Module 3 - Master Projects and Project Linking

Module 4 - Working with constraints to set start/end dates for tasks

• Using Constraints

Module 5– Additional work on resources (ensuring the project finishes on time)

• Applying overtime
• Assigning multiple resources to one task (effort verses fixed duration)
• Applying work where it is needed. E.g. at the beginning of a task and as the task progresses applying less work (contouring – inbuilt and manual)
• Starting a task, stopping it and then continuing it at a later date
